Refund & Returns Policy

At The Final Score, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. Please read our returns policy carefully.

1. Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. How to Return To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thefinalscore.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Faulty or Incorrect Items If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@thefinalscore.co.uk. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return postage.

6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
